About Me

What I do

I am co-founder and Creative Director of OutThere an award-winning luxury travel and style magazine. My role is multi-faceted and includes art direction, photography, graphic design, illustration, commissioning, editing and writing. My job takes me around the world creating engaging high quality content for our discerning readers.

My career

After 4 and a half years at British Esquire I joined the team at Show Media as Senior Art Director, where I oversaw a number of high-profile projects including Candy Magazine (For Candy&Candy), The Quarterly (For The Week), Heathrow Traveller (for BAA) as well as art directing campaigns for commercial clients in the fashion industry from Savile Row tailors (Ede & Ravenscroft and Huntsman) through to international fashion brands such as LK Bennett.

Current Projects

In addition to being Creative Director of OutThere I also work on a consultation basis for the internationally acclaimed events design company Block9, where I have created branding for their NYC Downlow (at Glastonbury Festival), the visual identity and site design for the Demon Dayz festival (for the Gorillaz) and most recently helped to create the visual identity for Block9's latest creation IICON.

After years of art direction I am now seriously pursuing my own photography with an emphasis on travel, portrait and menswear editorials. I am directing my first factual short film and spend as much time as possible mentoring young and upcoming creatives.

Commissions

When my busy schedule allows I take on a limited number of freelance projects and consultations. For more information on what my expertise can do for you, or to just say hello, feel free to get in touch.
